I write to sincerely express that the highly successful outcome and service I received from Firths was second to none. And from you, in particular, superb.
Your compassion, intelligence, drive, energy and tenacity instilled me with an overwhelming faith that I had directed my matter to the right person in the right organisation.
In addition Kristina’s warmth, support and follow through instilled me with confidence that Firths is indeed an organisation with a culture I value.
Of course there are others within the team who supported you both and to them I express my gratitude also.
I will continue to strongly recommend Firths as a top-class organisation, in it’s field, and can only conclude that Stephen Firth has successfully and overwhelmingly inspired the valued and well respected organisation it is today.
